Well the body organs never stop working so that might be a hard one to pin down, but I would have to go with the brain, just because of the amount of processes - even when sleeping - that it's involved with 24/7.

I have studied physiology for years since high school in the 70's and I have no idea which organ could be considered the "busiest." Please tell us if you have an idea or have read this somewhere. Every organ and organ system in the body is "busy." If you were to measure "busyness" by metabolic rate or cellular proliferation then I could provide some answers, but not sure what the "busiest" organ is.

I would say that the heart is the busiest organ in the human body because it is continuously pumping blood to all the vital organs in the body to ensure their proper functioning all the time.
